Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at contact@muskokamasterbaiters.ca. Approved returns must be sent to: 45 Ann Street, Unit 2, Bracebridge, ON P1L 2C1.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If a prepaid return label is not used, we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@muskokamasterbaiters.ca.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above, including items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, or misuse. We also reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
